Attendance

As stated in the Student Handbook, students are only allowed 7 absences in each course both semester. There are medical and other special circumstances that allow the administration to waive absences for students. Circumstances include: chronic illness, acute illness, hospitalization, court, or death in a family. A waived absence does not require attendance make-up but students are still responsible for all work missed. Please see the "Attendance Waiver" tab below if you believe you qualify for an attendance waiver. All other absences above five can be made up according to the procedures explained in the "Attendance Make-Up" tab below.
