I graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Biology and a master's degree in Secondary Science Education. After teaching Biology and Earth Science for nearly eight years in three states, I paused to stay home with my children when they were young. Several years ago I returned to the high school classroom and am so glad to be with students again at NDA this year!

I am married to Jeff and have three children. I love the natural world, asking lots of questions and meeting new people. I can't wait to get to know my students and their families this school year! Please reach out to me as we transition to digital learning. The best way to be sure I have your email is to send one to me! Students learn best when their teachers and families work together to ensure success.
