I graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Biology and a master's degree in Secondary Science Education. After teaching Biology and Earth Science for nearly eight years in three states, I paused to stay home with my children when they were young. Several years ago I returned to the high school classroom and am so glad to be with students again at NDA this year!

I am married to Jeff and we have three children, two attend or have attended NDA. I love the natural world, asking lots of questions and meeting new people. I can't wait to get to know my students and their families this school year! Please reach out to me if you have any concerns or questions. Learning is a partnership! The best way to be sure I have your email is to send one to me! Students learn best when their teachers and families work together to ensure success.

Please email me!

Please watch a welcome video here!
